Complaints

We are a small, close knit team here at Nottingham Community Transport so we work really hard at trying to get it right – first time, every time.

Unfortunately sometimes this doesn’t always happen and it might not be our fault but equally it might and if something is wrong then we need to know about it.

Why? – because we want to put it right. So if you have a complaint or just some feedback, positive or negative, we want to hear from you.

In order to ensure we get the correct information we ask that all complaints and feedback are provided in writing or via the contact form on this page.

Once received, your complaint/feedback will be investigated and we will endeavour to respond within 14 days of receipt. The investigation may involve downloading the CCTV footage from our vehicles and discussing with the driver what happened.
