Working for Nottingham Community Transport

Why Nottingham Community Transport? Our catchline is the small bus company with the big heart and that is how we like to treat our staff. We are one big team which means that we all have to work together to get the job done, until its done.

Priding ourselves on being an Equal Opportunities Employer, we are often looking at recruiting new members to the team.

The services we operate are contracted services for Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust and a brand new fleet of vehicles which means we are the largest operator of electric buses in the country.

As such we are looking for a certain type of employee – one who isn’t afraid of getting stuck in and who shares our passion to drive the company forward. If you are that sort of person, then we would like to hear from you.

Offering a generous salary, full uniform and excellent working conditions we also have beneficial shift patterns which means no Sunday work, earliest starts at 0500 and latest finishes at 2100.
In addition, we are always looking for volunteers to help with our Group Travel service. See our Group Travel page to find out more about the service and if you have a few hours to spare and would like to help local community groups then please e-mail
